Gooey Peanut Butter Brownies:
- These brownies are rich, gooey, and perfect for peanut butter fans. They have a swirl of salty peanut butter running through them.

Ingredients:
- 250g unsalted butter, cubed
- 300g dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids), roughly chopped
- 80g good quality cocoa powder
- 400g caster sugar
- 6 large free-range eggs
- 130g plain flour, sifted
- 200g crunchy peanut butter

Instructions:
- Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan/gas 6).
- Melt the butter and chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat, sift in the cocoa powder, and beat together until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk the sugar and eggs until pale and creamy.
- Add the chocolate mixture and fold together until smooth.
- Fold in the flour.
